  1. Information is constantly changing.  If you would like an
  2. updated printed catalog send a long SASE (Self Addressed
  3. Stamped Envelope) to the address listed at the end of this
  4. documentation.  Mention you are using this program.

  7. The following program will allow you to view the entire CMS
  8. catalog of CD-ROM titles.  You may browse a normal one line
  9. title listing as well as browse a detailed description of each
  10. title.  Read the instructions carefully before using the program.
  11.  
  12. The following documentation will explain how to use the CMS
  13. ELECTRONIC CATALOG AND ORDERING SYSTEM.

  15. From the main menu you will see 7 options.  The following para-
  16. graphs will explain the operation of each of these options.

  19. OPTION #1
  20.  
  21. To print the catalog to your printer choose option #1.  The
  22. program will prompt you to be sure the printer is ready.  If
  23. the printer is ready for printing simply press and key and
  24. the entire one line catalog will be printed to your printer.
  25. To inquire on each title for a detailed description refer to
  26. option 4.

  29. OPTION #2
  30.  
  31. If you do not have a printer or do not wish to print the entire
  32. catalog you may use option #2 to view the one line catalog on
  33. your screen.  After pressing #2 you may view the catalog.  To
  34. advance to the next screen simply press any key to continue.

  37. OPTION #3
  38.  
  39. To browse the entire description catalog in sequential order
  40. use option #3 from the main menu.  You may view each titles'
  41. full description in sequential order.  This may take some time
  42. so if you wish to inquire on a specific item use option #4.

  45. OPTION #4
  46.  
  47. Option 4 will get you immediate information on any item in the
  48. CMS Catalog.  To use this feature press 4 from the main menu.
  49. After pressing 4 a prompt is displayed asking for the item stock
  50. number.  This is found by browsing or printing the catalog with
  51. option 1 or 2.  Be sure if you enter letters in a stock number
  52. that they are entered in upper case or the program will not find
  53. these letters.  All stock numbers in the CMS catalog are 3 or 4
  54. numbers and/or digits in length.  After entering the stock number
  55. the program will display a detail description for the stock number
  56. selected.  After the description is read press any key to continue.
  57. The program will then ask for another stock number.  Another stock
  58. number may then be entered or if no further inquiry is desired
  59. simply press <ENTER> to return to the main menu.

  62. OPTION #5
  63.  
  64. Option 5 is the ordering section of the program.  A printer is re-
  65. quired for this option.  If you do not have a printer simply write
  66. the items you wish to order and the price on a piece of paper,
  67. include $5.00 for shipping, and send to the address listed at the
  68. end of this documentation or call CMS SOFTWARE directly at
  69. 812-442-0110.  If you wish to use the automated ordering
  70. system simply follow the on screen instructions.  After all
  71. information is entered the program will print an order form which
  72. can be sent to the address at the bottom of this documentation with
  73. your credit card, check or money order included.

  76. OPTION #6

  78. This option will give you history and additional information about
  79. CMS SOFTWARE.  To use this option simply press 6 from the main menu.

  84. This option will exit the electronic catalog.
